Substitutes for the Alarm Center KAC – Perfect part-time job for students!
The Alarm Center KAC is now looking for substitutes for hourly employment as we need to expand our pool of substitutes! Are you over 18, a reliable and service-oriented person who wants a flexible part-time job alongside your studies? Then this could be something for you!
About the position:
As a substitute with us at KAC, you will work with handling incoming security alarms and forwarding them.
The work takes place around the clock in two- and three-shift schedules, which means you can be booked for work shifts both day and night. You will be activated when regular staff have vacancies, giving you the opportunity to work when it suits you.

We are looking for someone who:
- Wants a part-time job alongside, for example, university studies or other employment.
- Is stress-resistant, communicative, and enjoys working independently.
- Can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish and feels comfortable communicating in English.
- Has a good attitude.
- Is flexible and can step in at short notice when needed.
- Has good computer skills and is a quick learner.
No previous experience in alarm center work is required, as you will receive the necessary training upon employment. You must have no prior convictions, and great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

The Municipal Management Administration operates under the municipal board and is responsible for leading, coordinating, supporting, and following up on the overall municipal operations.
In connection with the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Approved documents are Passport, International ID card, Driver's license + personal certificate from the tax office, or other ID documents that strengthen citizenship.
We welcome language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sámi varieties as Örnsköldsvik Municipality is part of both Finnish and Sámi administrative areas.
In our municipality, a number of positions are placed in security class, so a security review may take place. These positions require Swedish citizenship.
